A good BEST bus conductor in Mumbai

In Mumbai and in general in allmost all cities of India, city busses are heavily crowded. In many cities literally people stand one above the other. It is very difficult to stand comfortably. Sometimes it is irritating also. Many times allmost all bus conductors ask to form triple lines in between the spaces of seats. People are sandwitched between. It is common in Mumbai also.

But today when I boarded the bus no. 709 at Arey Milk Colony, at evening 7.45 PM, surprisingly this bus conductor is asking all the people to form only two lines, instead of three lines, so that people who want to get down can easily can get down. He is even stopping people to enter when he feels bus is full. In between, he is roaming from one end to other end of the bus so that people are standing properly and asking ladies to stand at their ladies seats. And also he is making two or three jokes and make people of laugh also.

In fact like this bus conductors with some sensibility are required now a days. Sometime BEST is doing BEST Service also with such better conductors.

AIDS – Prevent it with safer sex

I think man is not satisfied with what he has. He wants more. He wants more money, more comforts, more material things and then more sexual pleasures. There is no end for such greed. Greed is bad and this makes life worse.

So like all greed and desires, man lust for passion and sex is increasing and never faded. Both men and women, are not satisfied with what they are having. Even they are not satified with Sex with their spouses. They want variety even in that one also.

is Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrome. At present it is incurable. But as per new scientific methodology, death of patients can be prolonged, but cannot be avoided. It is like chronic decease. This is the only good thing for AIDS patients. Eventhough
occurs due to unsafe sex, society do not treat them well. people were always isolated from main stream. Not only society even their own family may reject them.

Not only common people but Even some Doctors refuse to touch AIDS patients. Many famous or super speciality hospitals may not admit them also. The fear and myths attached to this decease is very high. The AIDS patient feels like he is in prision without any crime being done. Mentally they were tortured by the friends, relatives and society. Nobody will share anything with them. There were somany ads on safer sex and AIDS, explaining not to discriminate them.

After all, they are also human beings. They also want some soothing words from you. But who cares them ? It is agreed that they made some mistake in their life, but they were suffering also. So if a friend/relative of yours is suffering from this dreaded decease, at lease give some soothing words, talk to them naturally as you have done with them in the past. This makes them happy like any other patinet.

From all these things one thing is sure that For One man there is only one women. Other man or women may bring havoc in life. So Indian culture of One husband one wife is always the best and safe. But like all other lust and greed, sex is one of them and desire for sharing bed with more partners is increasing day by day. This is more in younger generation. It may ruin lives.

So like old saying, PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE.
SO PRACTIVE SAFE SEX AND ENJOY YOUR LIFE.

There are so many things in this universe than sex. Divert your attention there. Enjoy life with whom you love and loved by them. Dont run behind beauty and passsions. LOVE AND BELOVED BY ONE AND ALL.
ON THE POSTIVE SIDE
1) It is mandatory for pathological and hospitals to use disposable syrenges.
2) The instances of Sexually Transmitted deceases (STD) are at all time low.
3) The Anti retroviral Therapy i.e ART is becoming cheaper every year.

SEVEN RULES TO BEAT

THIS IS ONE OF THE GOOD ARTICLE FOUND IN TIMES OF INDIA (ECONOMIC TIMES WEB PAGE)

(1)
Personal is the new professional. You spend 12-16 hours at office. Your work is your .
Leaving any facet of yours out of the office will fragment you. Be yourself. Take personal calls. Put up pictures of your baby. This helps you give all of yourself to work too.

(2) Bring your ‘being’ in
More rules = more stress

Do you need that cup of tea, made just that way, at just that time of day? rules enhance stress levels. When you don’t get that cuppa at that time or get it too hot, you stress out. The lesser rules you bind yourself by, the lesser the stress.
(3)
Stop looking for similarity

If you look for like-minded people, you get stressed. There will always be people who won’t agree, who do things differently yet are as efficient. Respect differences and your stress will go down by volumes. Keep looking for people and resistance will be persistent, as will stress.

(4)
Forget focus

The 21st century is not for the focused. It belongs to the spontaneous, who go with the flow and change gears with ever changing whims of the team, hour or boss! spells success. Being focused gets you more stressed. Some things are always beyond your control.

(5) Perfection is a tragic flaw

your mistakes. Flawed people who accept their mistakes and are willing to improve constantly are valued much more than perfectionists who insist on everything going in a streamlined way. Being a perfectionist will only add to your stress. Being flawed and knowing it will set you free.

(6) Adventure is the game

Most stress stems from doing the same thing over and over again. Playing safe? More like recycling garbage! Do different things everyday. Without the stress of doing it ‘just’ right, you can let yourself goof up and actually have fun! Start from trying another dish at your restaurant.

(7) Stop using the S-word

For a , stress is the anticipation of meeting his lover. For an athlete, stress is the much needed rush. For many, stress is a much-abused word. Sometimes we are plain busy, fatigued or irritated but we call ourselves ‘stressed’. And when we believe we’re stressed, we actually are! Seven rules of survivors

Your

WITH YOGA. In fact helps to Leverage your personality.

A whole body of research indicates that the damage stress inflicts on the body is not restricted to only ulcers and heart disease, but also extends to the loss of immune function and memory. in the short term, stress is damaging, but over time it turns destructive - in the adrenal glands the cortex secretes cortisol which becomes toxic to brain cells, potentially damaging cognitive ability and increasing fatigue, anger and depression. the immune system gets weakened due to repeated suppression of disease-fighting cells, decreases in blood flow leave mucous lining vulnerable to ulcers, and the elevated blood pressure and heart rate damage elasticity of blood vessels. the above stress syndrome is not exclusive to executives in the corporate sector - it increasingly affects young women married in a joint family and school-going children too. the body of research on stress also confirms, based on empirical evidence, that both yoga and meditation are proven stress busters. the six personality types identified by american psychologist j.l.holland still constitute the most widely used vocational guidance test in the world. the conventional personality - people who are conforming, methodical, conscientious and efficient - tending to be inhibited and not wanting to stand out from the crowd suit occupations such as receptionists, accountants etc. the social type, who like people and enjoy mixing with them, make very good teachers, counsellors/therapists and management consultants. then there are the investigative personality - analytical, complex, curious and precise - usually researchers; the artistic personality - deeply nonconformist and original; the down-to-earth realistic personality - natural and genuine, usually pilots and engineers; and the enterprising personality, very self- confident and outgoing who are optimistic and inspire confidence in others. there is a persistent belief that we fall in one or two of the above personality types, but people do not realise that personalities can grow to include a balance of all the six. jung referred to this growth process as "individuation", and associated it with life's spiritual dimension. danah zohar evolves a model of spiritual quotient (sq) based on the six petals of a lotus and its centre, corresponding to the seven chakras described by the hinduism's kundalini yoga, as an aid to the process of individuation. in the mid-1990s, daniel goleman popularised the "emotional quotient" (eq) - a degree of emotional intelligence, awareness of one's own and other people's feelings such as empathy, compassion, motivation, and the ability to respond to pain or pleasure appropriately. his hypothesis was that for an effective use of iq, eq is a necessity - "it is not iq, but emotional intelligence that matters". danah zohar extended the concept to conclude that the spiritual intelligence is the basic foundation for an effective eq and iq. yoga and meditation can contribute to developing a balanced personality, enhancing one's emotional intelligence and managing stress. yoga refers to the union with the "all pervading power" as well as to an attainment of inner harmony between mind, body, emotions and the spirit, and the outer balance between social, material, career and family related aspects in an individual. meditation is a process of attaining "thoughtless awareness" and not the often mistaken notion of a mental process of developing "concentration". according to the upanishads , meditation is the route to the highest knowledge (spiritual knowledge) when self-realisation, which is integration of inner self or spirit into the cosmic spirit, occurs. if stress is to be managed, our intelligence is to be leveraged and additional personality traits are to be developed, one needs a practical system that allows you to achieve all these without changing your living style - it is not feasible for everyone to lead a stress-free life or search for self-knowledge in the himalayas. sahaja yoga founded by mataji sri nirmala devi is one such system that lets you have the first encounter with the reality (self-realisation) in a simple practical, consistent manner, without requiring any change in one's style of living.

CURES PAIN

Sometime back I found a good article in Times of India on and Pain, which is a good article to read.

Have you ever had the embarrassment of a pain that moved around in your body?
One moment it was constricting your heart, the next burping and belching from the mouth or out the anus as rectal gas, finally settling down to a nagging ache in the head, lower back, or the hip?

If you have, then this information is vital for you! Here is the answer that you have sought...

Much pain is caused by chemical reactions in the body producing gases that shift around and cause what appears to be many types of pain and different diseases. The patient isn’t sick, he’s toxic and the gases must be released in order to gain a cure.

Yoga has a specific answer to the problem in the Pavana Mukta Asanas and Kriyas. P avana, which is the Sanskrit term for all types of body gases, including rectal gases while Mukta means ‘to free’ these gases.

What Is Pain?
Pain can arise from a number of sources of the body, from emotions and from faulty thinking. Injury can cause real pain. Tension may cause refractory pain. Anxiety and other neurotic thoughts can produce psycho-somatic pain. Pain may also be felt in certain hysterical states.

Pain may arise from hunger, overeating, eating the wrong foods, or, from diseased conditions that are interfering with the chemical changes of the body in the process of metabolism.

Specifically, pain is an unpleasant sensation or feeling associated with or resulting from some injury, overstrain, tension, derangement or obstruction of physical powers, like movement of a joint or muscle group, or restriction of the normal activity of an organ.

Distressing or conflicting emotions are often the cause of, or accompany, physical pain. Pain is a most general term. More descriptive terms are; ache, throes, pang, twinge, stitch, cramp, jab and throb. An ache is a long lasting pain usually dull rather than stabbing or sharp, and usually associated with a particular body part such as a stomach, head or tooth.

Throes are violent, usually convulsive and relieve pain without loss of tactile senses, but do not deal with the cause of the problem only giving a temporary relief from the crisis of the pain. Yoga does not offer pain killers, but rather a method to get at the relief of conditions creating or sustaining the pain.
Breath Cycle >>

Breath Cycle For All Of The Pavana Mukta Asanas

Each of the variations of Pavana Muktasana are done in the same breath cycle. Two full rounds of breath are used for each single action.

One needs to lie flat on the floor first. On the in-breath, the knee (or knees) is raised and clasped with the hands. The head is raised (or lowered in the sitting postures) after the breath is expelled with a whoosh.

The breath is again taken in with the fullest, deep inspiration possible and the knee pressured to force internal barometric changes releasing and shifting the gas. The leg is returned to the starting position on the next outgoing breath. This final act may be done with another whoosh out of the breath is desired.

The leg should be flung out rigidly, then returned to the floor. This rapid action often relieves sharp, painful conditions that may not be relieved by the more passive form. The breath cycle can be like in Savitri Pranayama where the count is 8 by 4. Eight beats for inspiration and expiration. Four counts for the held-in and held out breath (8-4-8-4).

YOUR SELF

In this busy world everybody is going to feel and strain. Even housewifes will feel tension and stress. Even a smallest worry is a cause for tension. For example cathing a local bus or local train or cab for office goers and completed household tasks by the houswives will give some worry and strain on your mind. Thse stresses and strains will give you tension and they may lead to number of deceases such as high blood pressure or low blood pressure and even diabetics. You will also get some kind of tension or stress when things are upset and not being done according to your expectations.

IF MIND IS COOL AND CALM, YOU CAN PERFORM MANY THINGS EFFECTIVELY AND LEAD A HEALTHY AND HAPPY LIFE.

Hence for leading happy and healthy life do
1) An half an hour walk early in the morning and evening. One hour for diabetic patients.

4) Try to go office or school in time. If leave your home early, then you can catch local bus or train leisurely and walk into office without hurry. You feel great when you sit in your chair in time and you will not feel any guilt that boss may say something.
5)During lunch break, after having lunch have some 5 to 10 minutes leisure walk.
6) Try to complete your tasks in time. Dont keep work pending.
7) If you are a house wife, do some good reading, or take some short term courses in Learning Foreign Languages, or making some deserts or cakes or chocolates.

- PLAN WELL BEFORE YOU VENTURE OUT

A person who is born on this earth has to . In fact all mankind has to travel from the moment he born to till his death. No body can escape travel like taxes. The journey from home to office and office to back home or journey to meet a friend or fiancé are all local journeys, which are routine and there is no need to plan. But when you want to travel from your existing city to other city of your choice, you have to plan. Other wise your travel will give you some un-satisfaction. Because when you travel you have to spend some money, time and buy some relaxation and peace of mind. You must bring back some happy memories. You should feel enthusiastic to go again and you must have that enthusiasm to share the same with your friends and relatives. To have such feeling and joy you must do some homework before you venture out.

Please note that YOU must feel happy and YOU must enjoy that travel. If YOU are not happy, even others around you are happy, you cannot enjoy that. If you are in a group or with friends they may not care you. But if you are with your loved ones i.e. family, then you will give mental worry to them also.

So most important thing a person has to do is to be HEALTHY. Remember old wise saying HEALTH IS WEALTH. To be healthy do some Yoga or other exercises and ask your family members to do something to keep healthy. Avoid eating outside food ten days prior to travel date. Pranayamam like Kapalabhatti and Anuloma Vinuloma pranayamam are best for people of all kinds of ages. These can be done at your place or at the place of travel of your interest.

When you travel there will be some change of weather. This may effect many people depending upon their resistance power. Some small deceases like Headache and fever are common with women and children. So take some medicines with you along with First Aid Box. You can also find out weather conditions of that place where you are visiting so that you can pack clothes and other essentials according to it.

For entertainment during journey take some good books and novels and also electronic gadgets of your like. You can take playing cards and other small game kits. These will help you to eliminate boring moments.

Also decide how you have to travel i.e. by Air, Road or Rail. If you want to travel by Road with your family, check whether it is safe to travel on those routes. Travel by Air and Rail will be mostly safe, even though there may be some troubles, but which are better when compared to Road Travel by your own vehicle. Travel by Travel buses are also good option. Another advantage to travel by Rail and Air is that you will not be tired as of that of road journeys. According to me Rail travel is best and I like it most.
You can have toilets and bathrooms and have pantry car now a days in almost all trains.
Such facilities are not in Bus or own vehicle travels by road journey. For me train journey can be leisure and can see different places and topography of different areas.
Road journeys may be good if journeys are shorter and provided roads are in good condition.

Always book your tickets well in advance and take leave or permission from your boss if you are working. You must have confirmed tickets if you are traveling with your dear and near ones or family members. Otherwise you face lot of problems in ticket confirmation at the last moment.

If you are traveling from your house to Railways station or Airport or Bus Depot, travel comfortably in a Taxi or other mode of such private transport. But avoid catching local public transport systems like City buses or local trains. Because start of your travel must be something different from your routine life. This makes your family members to be happy. Also do the same thing when you get down from Rail or Air.

Another most important thing is how much money you should have. Count the money needed for you during travel while going and while coming back. Calculate expenditure for the stay at those places i.e. hotels, food and sight seeing and at each leg of journey. Also check out how much you can spend for the shopping also. Calculate total amount and add 20% extra. Plan how many day you stay there. Have that money in any form you like i.e. in cash or traveler cheque or Credit Cards or Debit cards. Really having sufficient money gives a great relaxation. Spend like a king and be independent.

Always carry Identity card and other proof about you. This will be safe and can avoid any troubles than cannot be expected.

Don’t forget to carry your camera, so that you can capture your lovely moments.

If such basic things are kept in mind and planned accordingly, your travel will be happy and enjoyable.

DEEPAVALI - AN UNFORGETTABLE FESTIVAL

DEEPAVALI or DIWALI as it is known popularly is a festival celebrated all over India very enthusiatically. For many people this festival brings some pleasant memories. For me there are pleasant and unpleasant memories since my childhood. This festival is clebrated in many ways according to the custom of that particular region. My native place is Andhra Pradesh and we in Andhra celebrate this festival with buying new clothes. Previous to Diwali festival day there will be Narakachaturdhasi. On this Narakachaturdhasi day we all have to do compuslarily hair bath. Before hair bath my mother used to apply oil massage and blesses us. Then we take hair bath and we in telugu call it " Talantu Snanam". Then my mother used to make some special dishes on this day. Then next day i.e. main festival Deepavali we do again head bath and wear new clothes and before wearing new clothese they are purified by applying small Turmaric powder dot by mother. Because in India culture Turmaric powder removes all hurdles and bad evils. The Yellow color of Turmaric is treated as auspicious and used in all functions and festivals. Also in VASTU, the colour Yellow has great signigicance. Then we go out to play with frineds. We will come back from our play and our mother makes some special dishes for us. We all family members will eat it and enjoy the special Deepavali Dishes and there after we had some rest.

But actual enthusiasm comes in the evening. In the evening we all ready for the festival. My mother makes some torche with green coloured sticks. My father makes a Lakshmi Pooja and thereafter my mother gives those sticks and we have to pat them to the floor with some telugu lyrics meaning Big Bag Deepavali festival Came again and again and let it bring prosperity with it eveytime and come again and again and fill our lives with joy and peace.

Then we all run into homes and to bring crackers and our enjoyment begins from that moment onwards. My father and mother used to do whatever they can do to keep us happy and enjoyable on this festival.

The tradition varies from one state to another in celebrating the festival. But content of the festival is intact throughout the country. That content is distributing sweet dishes and bursting of crackers.

This festival brings some holidays to school and college going children. The newly married ones are invited to their homes by their parents if they are living faraway. This is festival to bring togetherness of faraway living families.
